Change the first name associated with Review Responses

When you respond to reviews from the Review Management menu, your account's first name and last name initial will appear.

To change this first name, you must contact our Care team, who will make the change for you.

Contact us and provide the email address of the user concerned, as well as the first name and last name initial you wish to use.
