Change the first name associated with the review response

When you respond to reviews from the Review Management menu, your account's first name and last name initial are displayed.

To change this first name:

1. From the left sidebar menu, go to Administration, then Users
2. Click the user of your choice.
3. Edit the profile's last name and/or first name.
4. Save the changes.

The first and last name entered in the user profile will then be used as the author of the response.
