How to export missing orders from Prestashop, WooCommerce, or Magento?

It may happen that some of your orders are not correctly transferred to your Verifed Reviews account.

You will then need to send us a file containing the missing orders.

Thanks to the Verified Reviews module installed on your e-commerce solution, you have the possibility to export these orders autonomously.

Prerequisites 

Use one of our modules for the automatic retrieval of your orders: 

  • Prestashop
  • WooCommerce
  • Magento 1 and 2

Procedure

Step 1: Access the "Export My Orders" Section

  • Log in to the Back-office of your e-commerce solution.
  • Go to the "Export My Orders" section. This section is essential for generating the file containing the orders you want to retrieve.

Step 2: Choose the Temporary Tier

  • You will see an option to choose the "temporary tier" that suits your specific needs.
  • Select the one that best fits your current situation.

Step 3: Select the Option for Product Reviews

  • If you want to collect reviews on products, don't forget to check the option provided for this purpose.
  • This step is crucial to ensure that reviews are associated with the corresponding products.

Step 4: Choose the Appropriate Order Status (if provided)

  • Select the order status suitable for sending review requests.
  • Ensure that only necessary orders are included in the file.

Step 5: Download the File

Once you have configured the options as described above, the file containing the orders will be automatically downloaded to your computer's download folder.

Step 6: Send the File

To complete the process, please send us the downloaded file. This will allow us to upload the orders to our platform for review requests.

Magento 1

  • Go to Catalog > Verified Reviews > Export > Order to access the order export.
  • Choose the store or website for which you want to export orders from the top menu. All Store Views is selected by default, which means you will export orders for all stores in your Magento.
    • Orders since: Allows you to choose the period of order creation, from the current date.
    • Add product information: If "yes," then the file will include product information from the orders for the purpose of collecting both site and product reviews. If you choose "no," the file will not include any product information, and your customers will only be surveyed for site reviews.
    • By clicking on the "Download Order" button in the top right, you will be prompted to download the CSV file.If a 404 error appears, you need to log out and log back into your Magento back office.
    • The file download starts automatically, by default, you can find it in your download folder.
