How to remove a widget from my Website?

You don't want to show your reviews on your website anymore? Here's how to delete your brand widget.

It is really easy to delete a Brand or Product widget directly from your Account. You will also need to remove the code from your Website.

1. Remove the widget script from your website

The widget script you've integrated into your website's code needs to removed.

How to find the script that needs to be removed?

✨ New version of the widget:

• Go to "Display my reviews" on the left side menu > "Integrate my widgets"
• Click on the widget you would like to remove, and then on the Integrate button on the right side of the screen to find the script you need to remove.

• This will bring up the script to be removed from your website code:

• You can now find this script in your website code and delete it!

🖥️ Old version of the widget:

• Go to "Integration" > "Integrate my widgets"
• Go to the widget you would like to remove, and then on the Integrate button to find the script you need to remove.

• This will bring up the script to be removed from your website code (image and widget):

• You can now find this script in your website code and delete it! 

2. Delete the widget from your Back Office

Please note that if you plan to reuse this widget at a later date, you don't need to follow these instructions:

✨ New version:

From the left-hand side menu, click on "Display my reviews" > "Integrate my widgets"

• You will then access the list of all your widgets.
• Simply click on the little bin 🗑️ next to the widget you would like to delete:

3. Clear cache

Congratulations, your widget has now been deleted from your website!
