To view the emails sent to your consumers:
From the left-hand menu, click on Collect Reviews, then on Email Configurator.

If this option is not available, please contact our team to request a preview of your review request emails.
Form
Contact our team to request a preview of your review request form.
🖥️ Historical Version
For a quick and reliable preview of your email and form, you must contact our teams directly.
We will then be able to send you a preview of the email and/or form, depending on your requirements.
From the Collect Reviews/reporting review request menu, you have the option of obtaining a preview of your form, by clicking on See a preview of the survey.
Please note that this option does not 100% guarantee the reliability of the form preview, especially in cases where the form is subject to specific conditions or customizations.
