As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your user experience, we've made several updates to your dashboards' display.
These improvements aim to simplify processes, make data more accessible, and optimize your overall experience. Our reports have also been customized to our brand!
Head to the left side menu, then to Statistics to access the latest updates.
Here's an overview of the changes:
New Global View
The new Global View report now gives you an overview of your activity on the platform.
Easily track key performance indicators related to collecting, managing, and publishing your customer reviews. Quickly access essential data for faster and more informed decision-making!
It is available under the Overview tab:
New Names and Descriptions
All report titles have been revised for greater clarity and simplicity!
You will now find rethought report names for better understanding, as well as enhanced descriptions to immediately know what data is covered in each report.

Optimized Navigation
Discover optimized navigation for a smoother experience with a clear and intuitive interface.
We’ve reduced the number of reports while increasing their relevance through merging and better organization. You can now quickly find the information you need, with simplified display and improved readability.
By moving from 4 to 6 reports depending on your service, you benefit from data optimization and more efficient use of filters, without losing critical information.
All reports will now be displayed in a single column, ensuring greater efficiency:
Tags reports, Widget Clicks, Certificate Access, User Actions, Facebook, Twitter, and Trustpilot Shares remain accessible and will also be updated soon!
Previously separated reports have been consolidated for easier readability. Here’s an example of brand and product review collection analysis:
- Product Labels and Categories Display: Labels and categories of products will now be visible in the Reviews Display report.
- Filter Uniformity: All filters will now be accessible on the right side of the page for better uniformity:
