The Global View dashboard provides you with an overview of your activity on the Verified Reviews platform.
It allows you to easily track the key performance indicators related to the collection, management, and publication of your customer reviews; as well as quickly access the essential data of your activity.
To access it, go to the left side menu Statistics > Global View
- The filters are always located on the right side of the screen.
- Different filters are available depending on your Verified Reviews account settings.
- The data is displayed and filterable over 12 months.
Available Indicators
Overall Performance
- Number of orders submitted to Verified Reviews (to collect reviews)
- Number of review requests sent
- Response rate: number of forms completed compared to the number of review requests sent
Tracking these indicators allows you to measure the effectiveness of the customer review collection. The response rate, on the other hand, evaluates customer engagement and the relevance of review requests, providing insights into the quality of customer relationships and opportunities for improvement!
Brand and Product Review Performance
- Number of reviews published
- Average rating
- Number of reviews pending processing
- Number of reviews whose publication is blocked by pending reviews
- Number of reviews rejected (due to manual or automatic reports)
Monitoring the number of published reviews, the average rating, and reviews pending processing allows you to evaluate customer satisfaction in real-time and reactivity in managing reviews. Tracking blocked or rejected reviews after reports helps to maintain the quality of published reviews and detect any potential moderation or compliance issues.
