The Review Collection Dashboard illustrates the performance funnel of your review collection emails.
Tracking the performance indicators of review requests is essential to understand the impact of your collection strategy! These metrics allow you to identify strengths and areas for improvement in your process to adjust your campaigns and maximize customer engagement.
To access it, go to the left side menu Statistics > Review Collection.
- The filters are always located on the right side of the screen.
- Different filters are available depending on your Verified Reviews account settings: they are based on the request date.
- The data is displayed and filterable over 12 months.
Available Indicators
Performance of Review Requests
- Response rate (number of review requests/number of reviews collected)
- Email review collection funnel (number of emails sent, opened, clicks, number of reviews collected)
- Monthly evolution of collection performance (open rate, reactivity, and conversion to the form)
Tracking these indicators allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of review requests and optimize each step of the process, from sending emails to collecting reviews. This helps to identify friction points, improve conversion rates, and adjust strategies based on monthly trends to maximize customer engagement and enhance brand credibility.
