Review Management Dashboard

The review processing stage before publication ensures the reliability and compliance of customer feedback by eliminating non-compliant reviews. It also strengthens consumer trust with your responses when needed.

The Review Management dashboard illustrates daily and historical views of review management performance!

To access it, go to the left side menu Statistics > Review Management.

  • Filters are always located on the right side of the screen.
  • Different filters are available depending on your Verified Reviews account settings.
  • The data is displayed and filterable over 24 months.

Available Indicators

Current state of review processing

  • Number of reviews pending processing (you have 7 days to publish or flag these reviews before automatic publication)
  • Number of reviews pending publication (a review is in this category when it is ready to be published, but earlier reviews are pending or it was written/validated the same day).

These indicators help track and optimize the management of customer reviews, ensuring their timely processing and publication.

Overall state of review processing

  • Number of reviews collected
  • Number of reviews rejected
  • Number of reviews published
  • Number of reviews processed by your teams
  • Percentage of reviews that went through the review processing
  • Number of reviews moderated by our teams (flagged automatically or manually)
  • Percentage of reviews rejected (due to automatic or manual flagging)
  • Number of responses sent to consumers 
  • Average response time to reviews

These indicators allow you to assess the overall performance of review management, from collection to publication, as well as the effectiveness of responses and moderation.
