The review processing stage before publication ensures the reliability and compliance of customer feedback by eliminating non-compliant reviews. It also strengthens consumer trust with your responses when needed.
The Review Management dashboard illustrates daily and historical views of review management performance!
To access it, go to the left side menu Statistics > Review Management.
- Different filters are available depending on your Verified Reviews account settings.
- The data is displayed and filterable over 24 months.
Available Indicators
Current Review management status
- Total reviews processed by Verified Reviews (you have 7 days to publish or report your reviews before they are published automatically).
- Number of reviews whose publication was refused, following a flagging.
- Total reviews published on your certificate or widgets: after being processed in the review management space.
These indicators help you track and optimize your review management process, ensuring reviews are handled and published within the required timeframe.
Overall Review Processing Status
- Review handling by the client: total number of reviews you have reported, as well as the percentage of reviews you reported (manual moderation rate).
The manual processing rate corresponds to the number of reviews that you manually flagged and manually published, divided by the number of at-risk reviews (for example: ratings below a defined threshold, keywords defined by the client — the reviews highlighted in the Review processing tab).
A high rate indicates that you regularly process your at-risk reviews.
Example: If you have collected 200 reviews, your moderation rules place 100 of them in “to be processed”, and 30 are processed, the rate will be 30% (30 processed reviews / 100 at-risk reviews).
- Review moderation by Skeepers: total number of reviews reported by your teams, or automatically flagged by our system – and the rate at which they were subsequently refused for publication.
- Number of responses sent to consumers
- Average response time to reviews (we recommend that you respond as quickly as possible!)
These indicators help assess the overall performance of your review management — from collection to publication — as well as the effectiveness of your responses and moderation actions.
