The Published Reviews dashboard illustrates the performance of customer review publication, both current and over time.
Tracking the number of displayed reviews and the evolution of your overall rating (brand & products) allows you to identify customer satisfaction trends and improve your offerings accordingly!
To access it, go to the left side menu Statistics > Review Display.
- Filters are always located on the right side of the screen.
- Different filters are available depending on your Verified Reviews account settings.
- The data is displayed and filterable over 24 months.
Available Indicators
Depending on the type of review you've selected at the top of the page: Brand or Product:
Review volume trends
- Number of published reviews
- Evolution of the number of published reviews (over the selected period)
These indicators are useful as they help analyze trends in customer reviews, assess consumer engagement, and adjust strategies for brand or product reputation management.
Rating trends
- Average rating over the selected period
- Rating distribution (number of reviews per rating)
- Evolution of the average rating over the months
These indicators are useful as they allow you to track customer satisfaction over time, identify positive or negative trends, and adjust actions to improve the customer experience.
