How to filter dashboard data?

All Verified Reviews performance dashboards include filters that let you analyze your results and improve your performance!

Various filters are available based on your setup (regions, stores, etc).

The Solicitation Date filter is not available on the Global View dashboard, as it shows your activity results over the past 12 months.

Follow these steps to filter your data:

    1. Go to Statistics from the left-side menu.
    2. Click on the dashboard of your choice (Overview, Review Collection, Review Management, etc).
    3. The filters are always on the right side of your screen.
    4. Hover over the filter you want, then click on the little pencil that appears to filter data as needed.
    5. Click on to save your changes.
    6. You can also save these changes as default filters by clicking on the three dots in the top right and selecting Set as My Default Filters.

 

Insert a variable If the filters are not visible on the right side of your screen, click here to make them appear:
