Klaviyo is an email and SMS marketing platform. It enables the automation of marketing campaigns and personalized customer interactions using real-time data and AI-powered insights.
The integration between Klaviyo and Verified Reviews allows you to directly insert your latest 5-star product reviews into your marketing emails, offering personalized content. Reviews are updated dynamically based on your selection and settings.
Activate the integration with Klaviyo
Before setting up the connection with Klaviyo, you need to activate the feature.
- To do so, go to the left-hand menu, then click on
My Account, then on
Applications.
- Click on
on the right side of the page, then click on Configure display.
Connect Klaviyo and Verified Reviews
- If you're not already on the Klaviyo configuration page, go to the left-hand menu, click on
Display Reviews, then on Display in email via Klaviyo
- Now choose the 5-star product reviews you want to display in your emails:
From all products
The connector will display the latest 5-star reviews from all products listed on Verified Reviews.
From product reviews tagged KlaviyoThe connector will display the last 3 five-star reviews tagged with "Klaviyo". This tag will be automatically available in your review management area. The tag must be manually assigned by your team to the reviews of your choice. Learn more about tag assignment.From specific product referencesThe connector will display the latest 3 five-star reviews from the products of your choice. Select the product references you want to include, then click + Add. - Customize the star color and the background color, and preview the display.
- Go to your Klaviyo interface to copy and paste the feed name and the automatically generated link based on your previous selections.
- Finally, copy and paste the last link from the page where you want to display the reviews in your email — always following the instructions provided on the configuration page.
The automatically generated links are not saved. Therefore, make sure to save them on your side. You’ll need to return to this page if you want to change the display of your 5-star reviews or the widget color.
