The Verified Reviews solution allows you to collect two types of reviews:
- Brand reviews: These relate to the overall experience with your company. They are displayed on your pages via the trust certificate or the brand widget.
- Product reviews: These concern a specific product (usage, quality, etc.). These reviews are visible on your product pages via the product widget.
However, you may not want (or no longer want) to collect product reviews – especially if you sell global services such as insurance, subscriptions, or other service-based offers.
If you offer experiences (e.g., skydiving, wellness sessions, diving, etc.), it might be relevant to continue collecting reviews specific to each experience.
Disabling product review collection
Collection via connector: Shopify, Prestashop, Magento, Woocommerce
- Go to the left-hand menu
Collect Reviews, then Configuration
- Your connector should be automatically selected: Shopify, Prestashop, Magento, Woocommerce.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and uncheck the product review collection option:
Once this action is completed, we will no longer receive product orders from your end and will stop sending product review requests to your consumers.
