A shop refers to a physical or online location configured in your Verified Reviews account to collect customer reviews.
Each shop has its own settings (address, users, specific information, etc.) and can be managed individually within the interface.
Shops allow you to:
- Differentiate reviews by location — useful for detailed analysis or local publishing.
- Organize review collection by point of sale (physical shop, localized website, etc.).
- Assign specific access rights to users. For example: a user may only access reviews from the Marseille shop. They will then only be able to view, publish, respond to, or flag reviews from that shop!
The number of shops configured is defined in your Verified Reviews contract. Any additional shop may incur extra fees — please contact our team for more information.
Managing shops
Add a shop
If you want to collect reviews for a new point of sale, you must first add the relevant shop to your Verified Reviews account.
Please contact your account manager before initiating any new shop creation. The number of authorized shops is defined in your contract.

- Click the shop you want to edit from the list.
- Make the changes you want in the Shop information section, or assign specific users in the Associated users section.

Delete a shop
- In the left-hand menu, click
Account management, then Shops
- Click the shop you want to delete
- The information for this shop will appear on the right side of the screen — click Delete shop
You cannot delete multiple shops at once.
Export the list of shops
You can generate a CSV export of all your shops by following the instructions in this article.
Collecting reviews in shops
Configuring shops allows you to collect reviews after a purchase in physical shops.
There are two available options:
- By automatically sending emails via methods like API, SFTP, or CSV.
- Via a voluntary submission form shared in the shop via a QR code displayed at the checkout, on a receipt, in the window — or even on a tablet made available to customers.
This helps increase review coverage, even when no customer data (email) is available at the time of purchase.
Before being published, the review will go through processing & moderation, just like all other reviews.
