How to switch to the new version of our SFTP?

If you’ve been using the previous version of our FTP to send your orders and collect customer reviews, please note that a new, more secure and efficient version is now available.

Why switch to the new version?

  • Improved and secure technical performance: As part of our continuous efforts to enhance the security and reliability of our services, we are upgrading our file transfer infrastructure. The FTP protocol, now obsolete from a security standpoint, will be replaced by the SFTP protocol. This transition comes with an update to our encryption algorithms to align with current market standards.
  • In March 2026, the old FTP will be deactivated: to avoid any service interruption, we therefore encourage you to migrate as soon as possible!

What’s changing?

SFTP becomes the new mandatory protocol – plain FTP will no longer be accepted.

Your username and password will remain unchanged!

Only the hostname (server address) and, if applicable, the port will need to be updated in your configuration:

  • New hostname: sftp.core.skeepers.io
  • New port: 2222

Our tools have been set up to consume your files from both SFTPs during the transition period. So you can schedule the change at your convenience.
Similarly, exports are now done in parallel on both SFTPs, allowing you to transition on the date you choose

Plan the update of your tools/flows for the coming weeks.

Make sure that the import flows, just like the export flows, have been correctly migrated.

Our team is available to support you during this transition.
