Why and how to share FTP access with the Verified Reviews support teams?

Our Care teams may ask you for access to your website’s FTP for the following reasons: data collection interruption, review display error, failure to connect between the connectors and your site, etc.

Please follow the instructions in this article to share this access with us.

This access is not stored in our system. It will be used in a limited way as part of our teams’ intervention and then permanently deleted from our servers.

Check the instructions from your hosting provider:

OVH

  1. Log in to your OVHcloud client area: https://www.ovh.com/manager
  2. Go to Web Cloud > Hosting
  3. Select your hosting plan, then click on the FTP - SSH tab
  4. You’ll see the list of FTP/SSH users, their credentials, and you’ll be able to create a new user or change a password.
