Please follow the instructions in this article to share this access with us.
This access is not stored in our system. It will be used in a limited way as part of our teams’ intervention and then permanently deleted from our servers.
Check the instructions from your hosting provider:
OVH
- Log in to your OVHcloud client area: https://www.ovh.com/manager
- Go to Web Cloud > Hosting
- Select your hosting plan, then click on the FTP - SSH tab
- You’ll see the list of FTP/SSH users, their credentials, and you’ll be able to create a new user or change a password.

Bluehost
You can manage FTP accounts via your Bluehost account manager or cPanel.
