Our Care teams may request access to your connector/CMS for the following reasons: collection interruption, display errors of reviews, connection not established between the connector and your site, etc.
To intervene efficiently and quickly, we will need access to:
- The Verified-Reviews module management: to verify its functionality.
- Cache configuration: in case of review display issues.
- Order list: in case of automation issues (order transfer).
Access credentials are not stored in our system; they will be used only for the duration of our teams’ intervention and then permanently deleted from our servers.
Once the intervention is complete, you should remove the access you created for our teams on your connector. You may also use a temporary email address if you wish.
Check the instructions associated with your connector:
PrestaShop
You need to create an administrator access for the Verified Reviews team:
- Log in to your PrestaShop account.
- Go to Advanced Parameters, then Team.
- Click on Add an employee.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Username: support_verifiedreviews
- Email address of your Verified Reviews support contact
- Profile: Administrator
- Password: to be sent to our team in an email separate from the one containing the login or account email, for security reasons.
Don’t forget to click Save!
Magento 2
You need to create an administrator access for the Verified Reviews team:
- Log in to your Magento account.
- Go to System > Permissions > All Users.
- Click on Add New User.
- Fill in the required fields:
- User Name: support_verifiedreviews
- Email address of your Verified Reviews support contact
- User Role: Administrators
- Password: to be sent to our team in an email separate from the one containing the login or account email, for security reasons.
Don’t forget to click Save User!
WordPress/Woocommerce
You need to create an administrator access for the Verified Reviews team:
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Users > Add New.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Username: support_verifiedreviews
- Email address of your Verified Reviews support contact
- Role: Administrator
- Password: to be sent to our team in an email separate from the one containing the login or account email, for security reasons.
Don’t forget to click Add New User!
Shopify
As a Shopify partner, we can securely access your store and assist you with the Verified-Reviews plugin or any other technical intervention.
To do this:
- Log in to your Shopify admin interface.
- From the left-hand menu, click on Settings.
- Click on Users and permissions.
- In the Collaborators section, click on Invite collaborator.
- Enter the email address associated with your Verified Reviews account.
- Select the following permissions:
- Apps (to access the Verified-Reviews plugin)
- Orders (to check order retrieval)
- Site settings / Cache (if available)
- Theme (if front-end verification is needed)
Click Send invitation.
Collaborator access does not require you to purchase an additional plan.
You can revoke access at any time from the same interface.
If you cannot find the “Invite collaborator” option, make sure your store is active and that you are the owner.
