What’s changing?
The new Verified Reviews Publishing API provides a centralized way to benefit from an enhanced, faster, and more secure experience for all your reviews (brand and product).
You’ll also have access to new functional capabilities:
- Advanced publishing features: AI Review Summary, display of the consumer profile, as well as quality criteria.
- Customization of your review display: to filter and display all or part of the available criteria.
Timeline of the next steps
To ensure a smooth transition to your new publishing API :
- March 2026 : End of technical support for deprecated APIs (Product Reviews API, Genesis API).
- June 2026 : Shutdown of deprecated APIs (Product Reviews API, Genesis API).
