What’s changing?
Our new Verified Reviews API allows you to centrally benefit from an enhanced, faster, and more secure experience for all your reviews (brand and product).
You will also have access to new functional capabilities:
- Advanced publishing features: AI Review Summary, display of the consumer profile, as well as quality criteria.
- Customization of your review display: to filter and display all or part of the criteria provided.
Upcoming Timeline
To ensure a smooth transition to your new publishing API:
- November 2026: End of technical support for deprecated APIs (Product Reviews API, Genesis API)
- December 2026: Additional fees will apply if our new review retrieval API has not been installed
