Updating your connector is essential to ensure the security, compatibility, and optimal performance of your collection system.

This update allows you to:
- Benefit from the latest features: new widgets, DSA compatibility, simplified interface, improved navigation, etc.
- Reduce security risks and synchronization errors, especially during review collection.
- Customize your review request emails directly from your interface.
Prerequisites
- You must be using at least version 5.0.0 of our module to benefit from the advantages listed above.
- Compatible Magento versions: 2.4.6; 2.4.7; 2.4.8
Versions 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 may be compatible but require prior testing.
If you're using an older version, we recommend contacting our support team to verify compatibility.
Review display: During the update, review display will be temporarily disabled.
If you previously implemented display customizations, they will no longer be applied.
However, you will be able to reactivate the new widgets in one click once the update is complete.
Preproduction environments: If the update is performed from a preproduction environment, review collection will be temporarily suspended until the production update is completed.
Orders will then be imported automatically.
Customized emails: Your customized email settings will be reset after the update.
No rollback possible: Once the migration process has started, no rollback is possible.

Simply follow these instructions to update your Magento connector.
This update will introduce only minor changes in your interface, but it will provide better stability as well as access to email customization.

- Start by updating your Magento 2 extension by following this documentation.
- Once the update is complete, go to the left-hand menu of your Magento space: Verified Reviews, then Configuration.
- On the Configuration page, click the Scope dropdown menu, then select the store of your choice.
- Confirm that you want to switch to this scope.
- Accept the update conditions outlined in step 2 by checking the corresponding box.
- Then click the Start migration button and wait a few seconds.
- A green message indicates that the migration was successful: it is automatically applied to all your compatible Magento stores.
Back in your Verified Reviews space, you now have:
