How to export the history and details of review requests?

You can export the full history of your review requests, as well as the details of each step of the process, directly from your Verified Reviews account.

Depending on the version of Verified Reviews you are using, you will have access to different levels of detail.

This export can be useful for you: to analyze your collection performance, identify potential bottlenecks in the request journey, or share this information with your internal teams.

To view and export the details of your review requests:

  1. Go to the left-hand menu of your Avis Vérifiés account, click on Collect Reviews, then Review Requests Tracking.
  2. From the left side of the page, apply the filters of your choice (period, request status, type of review, platform, and channel).
  3. Once you have selected the items of your choice, click the Export icon at the top of the page.
  4. You can then choose to export the data in CSV or XLS format.

The export is limited to 3,000 rows. To retrieve a larger volume, we recommend performing multiple exports over different periods.

🖥️ Historical version

To view and export the details of your review requests:

  1. Go to the left-hand menu of your Avis Vérifiés account, click on Collect Reviews, then Reporting - Review Requests: this page lists all reviews.
  2. Apply the filters of your choice in the section Statistics by filters.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Export list (limited to 3,000 rows).
  4. The export will then be generated in XLS format.

The filter is set by default to a one-month period.

The Reporting - Product Review Requests page only displays your product reviews and does not allow exporting them. To view and export all your reviews, go to the Reporting - Review Requests page.

View customers unsubscribed from campaigns

By clicking this button at the bottom of the page, you access a table listing all consumers who have unsubscribed from review request emails.

You can also export this list in XLS format by clicking Export list (limited to 3,000 rows).

View customers who clicked on 'I didn't receive my order'

By clicking this button at the bottom of the page, you access a table listing all consumers who reported not receiving their order from the review request email.

You can also export this list in XLS format by clicking Export list (export limited to 3,000 rows).
