Our technical team may ask you to uninstall and then reinstall the Avis Vérifiés / Shopify connector in order to fix an issue or restart an interrupted review collection.
To do this, follow these instructions:
1. Uninstall the Connector
- Go to the Apps section of your Shopify interface.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on App Settings.
- Select Skeepers Verified Reviews, then click on the three dots associated with it.
- Then click on Uninstall.
2. Reinstall the Connector
- Once the uninstallation is complete, you can reinstall the connector via this link.
