Q&A integrates a question-and-answer system into your product pages, allowing visitors to freely inquire about the product or service presented.
Answers can be provided both by your team members and by buyers who have already completed transactions through Verified Reviews, thus ensuring reliable and concrete information for your prospects.
To be responsive and quickly answer or moderate questions, we invite you to enable the daily notification.
This is a single notification sent every morning to the email address associated with your account. You can simply choose the types of information you want to appear in it.
Enable the Daily Notification
- From the left sidebar menu of your Verified Reviews account, click on
Questions & Answers.
- Then click on
Profile in the left sidebar menu of the page that just opened to access your personal profile.
- Check: Receive notification email: Yes
- Next, select the information you want to appear in the daily email:
- Enable notification for actions: the notification email will indicate the number of moderation actions to be performed (publishing or rejecting questions, answers, etc.).
- Enable notification for unanswered questions: the notification email will inform you if some questions are still unanswered.
If you are the account admin, you can also enable notifications for other users from the Moderator Management tab.
In-App Notifications
At the bottom of the page, you can also enable notifications directly integrated into your Verified Reviews Q&A space. These are not notifications sent by email:
- Enable confirmation of moderation actions: We recommend keeping this option enabled. If you disable it, a simple click on Publish or Reject will immediately validate the action without any additional confirmation request.
- Enable notifications: When this option is enabled, a notification banner appears at the top of the page after each action performed, confirming that the action was successfully completed or indicating a possible error.
- Default filter: This setting allows you to define the filter displayed by default in your Q&A interface.
