The menu of your Verified Reviews Back Office has been redesigned around a clearer, business-oriented organization, now structured into 8 categories. This will allow you to find your tools faster, no matter your daily usage.
The new navigation reorganizes everything around what you actually do, renames unclear labels, redistributes misplaced elements, and removes obsolete entries.
The new navigation is automatically activated for all Back Office users. No action is required on your part.

What’s Changing Specifically
If you were familiar with the old menu, here are the essentials to help you navigate:
Two New Categories
- Administration groups account and location management (Users, Locations, Billing).
- Settings groups technical configuration (Order retrieval, My connector, API access).
These two categories replace the former “Account Management” and “Advanced Configuration.”
Three Renamed Categories
- “Review Collection” becomes Collection
- “Review Display” becomes Publishing
- “Statistics” becomes Analytics (with an enriched structure in 4 groups)
Removed Categories
- “Advanced Configuration” and “Account Management” (their elements have been redistributed into Administration and Settings).
- “Third-party reviews” at the main level: its elements remain accessible as tabs under Review Management.
Renamed Elements for Greater Clarity
- “Integrate my widgets” → My widgets
- “Edit my certificate” → My certificate
- “Solicitation Settings” → Appearance and tone
- “Email Configurator” → Emails and reminders
- “Configuration” → Order retrieval
- “Stores” → Locations
No functionality has been removed: everything remains accessible. Only the structure and labels have changed.
