Conversational AI and tracking your visibility in generative AI

Two new features are now available in Avis Vérifiés to help you get the most out of your data: Ava, an AI conversational assistant integrated into your dashboards, and a generative AI visibility dashboard to track your brand's presence in AI answer engines.

Your dashboards bring together a large amount of data about your reviews and performance. However, this information can take a long time to explore, and some metrics may not always receive the attention they deserve. At the same time, consumers are increasingly using generative AI and answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews…) to learn about brands and products. It is therefore becoming essential to track your brand's visibility across these new channels.

These two features address these two challenges: making your insights more accessible and measuring your presence where your customers are now searching for information.

1. Ava, your AI conversational assistant

Ava is Avis Vérifiés' AI conversational assistant, available directly in your Back Office, on your dashboards. Instead of manually reviewing all your metrics, you can ask your questions in natural language, and Ava will answer using only your account data.

For example, you can ask why your rating has changed, what your customers are saying about delivery, or how a product is perceived and get a direct answer without having to build the analysis yourself.

Ask questions in natural language and get sourced answers

  • Query your review data in natural language: the answer appears directly as you go.
  • Answers are sourced from your own reviews: figures come from your actual data and are never made up. When Ava is not certain or the data does not exist, it tells you rather than guessing.
  • Ava takes your active dashboard filters into account: the answers correspond to what you are currently viewing.

Suggested questions on each dashboard

When you open Ava on a dashboard, it suggests a few questions related to what you are viewing (for example, “How has my rating changed over 12 months?” or “Which products are bringing my rating down?”). Click a suggestion, and the question is asked automatically the fastest way to get started when you do not know where to begin.

Share your feedback on each answer

A 👍 / 👎 vote is available on every answer. Your feedback helps us monitor answer quality and improve the assistant with each version.

How to access it

There is nothing to configure on your end. Access is enabled for eligible accounts, and account administrators can then find Ava directly in the Back Office, on the content dashboards (Overview, Published Reviews, AI Review Insights, Brand and Product Criteria, NPS).

Receive your insights by email

In addition, you can receive a regular summary of your key metrics directly in your inbox. These emails highlight your main results and invite you to view your dashboards for a deeper analysis a simple way to track your performance without logging in every day.

2. Your visibility in generative AI

This new dashboard allows you to measure your brand's presence in responses generated by AI tools. The analysis is based on a set of prompts (sample questions) tracked over time to provide a reliable, evolving view.

Specifically, it helps you understand:

  • how frequently your brand is mentioned in AI responses;
  • whether your website is used as a source by these tools;
  • how this visibility changes over the weeks and months.

The impact of your customer reviews

The dashboard also highlights the role of your reviews: it allows you to track the extent to which your customer reviews and your attestation page may be cited or used as sources in AI responses.

It may also display a sentiment analysis associated with these mentions, helping you understand whether your reputation is perceived as generally positive, neutral, or negative in these responses.

Relevant and transparent prompts

The prompts used for the analysis are tailored to your brand and industry, and remain available for review to ensure complete transparency. They are fixed over time, which ensures reliable comparisons from one period to the next and allows you to measure genuine changes.

Key takeaways

  • Access your insights more easily by asking questions in natural language.
  • Save time analyzing your data without manually reviewing every metric.
  • Track your brand's visibility in generative AI and answer engines.
  • Measure the impact of your customer reviews and attestation as sources for AI responses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve your online presence and reputation.
