During the process of handling your reviews, it may happen that a review from one of your customers is rejected.
A new email is then automatically sent to your client, so they can leave another one.
What happens when a review is rejected?

In the event that we have accepted your report request, meaning we reject the review and it will not be published:
Your customer will receive an email informing them of the rejection of their review, along with the reason for the rejection. In this email, we will also invite them to submit a new review that complies with our terms of service.
This is required by Afnor to give the customer a second chance to write a factual review.

In the event that we have accepted your report request, meaning we reject the review and it will not be published:
- Your customer receives an email first to notify them of the reason for this rejection
- They then receive a second email, inviting them to submit a new review: this re-rating email is automatically sent after a rejection to give them the opportunity to submit a review that complies with our terms of service.
This is required by Afnor to give the customer a second chance to write a factual review.
