I already collected reviews, how to import them to my Verified Reviews account ?

You can import reviews previously collected through other providers into your Verified Reviews account.

You’ll then be able to display these ratings and reviews on your Verified Reviews widgets and on your certificate (depending on the review collection date and our display rules).

This feature is a paid service offered at a price of €450. This amount is indicative and may be adjusted depending on your needs, as assessed by a project manager. We recommend opening a ticket so that your request can be handled by the dedicated team.

When submitting the ticket, please specify: the type of reviews to import (brand or product reviews), the source of the reviews, and attach the file containing the reviews to be imported.

As stated above, it is mandatory to provide a CSV file containing key information. Please follow the instructions below:

Field-specific notes

  • lastname, firstname: if these fields are empty, use the value Anonyme.
  • order_date: the row will be rejected if this field is empty. The import will not proceed without a date!
  • review: the row will be rejected if this field is empty. If a rating has no comment, manually add Sans commentaire. Beware of special characters!
  • source: please contact our team to determine the correct value.
  • id_product: if a value like 1.4347E+12 appears, Excel likely auto-converted the original value.

The file must be saved in CSV UTF-8 without BOM format.

Imported reviews cannot be moderated. Once imported, reviews will be automatically published (based on the review collection date and our display rules).
