You have the option to exclude certain products from the review requests sent to your consumers. This way, no reviews will be collected for these products.
This is particularly useful, for instance, in the case of samples.

Procedure
1. Log in to your Rating and Reviews account
2. Go to the menu Collect reviews > Add a product reference to be ignored
3. Add the product reference you want to exclude in the box, on the right of your screen, and click on the "select" icon ✔️
To make this work, you only need to input the 'productId' and not the product description.
If you have multiple product references to exclude, you can use 'Blacklist mass import.' You need to prepare a CSV file with a single column labeled 'ProductId,' in which you should list the product references to be excluded.
Please note that you have the option to unblacklist a product reference by clicking on the red cross.
