This page lists all of the available categories and brands. You can:

A product can have between zero and several categories. It can also have a brand associated with it, or not. Each question is assigned to the categories and brand of the product it relates to.
This category system allows you to assign specialized moderators to categories and/or brands in order to deal more efficiently with the content to be moderated (technical, design, etc.).
Creating categories
The category creation form requires two pieces of information:
- The category identifier
- An understandable name
Editing categories
A search field allows you to search through your list for a specific category or its identifier. You can then edit the category by clicking on the edit icon.
Only the name of the category can be edited, not its identifier.
Creating brands
It is possible to create a new brand via the form. The only input this form requires is the brand name.
Editing brands
A search field allows you to search through your list for a specific brand. You can then edit the brand by clicking on the edit icon.
Each day, the Q&A tool will send an email notification to the moderators and administrators who have actions pending in the back office. This notification system works in conjunction with the categories system. So a moderator assigned to a category (and/or a brand) with questions/answers/discussions/reports that don’t require any action will not receive an email.
