It is possible for the account administrator to set import/export FTP/SFTP directories.
When the form is submitted, the Q&A tool will test the configuration that was set. A notification will appear to confirm the validity of the configuration.
The administrator may activate/deactivate importing and/or exporting at any time.
The CSV export tab enables the administrator to set an FTP/SFTP directory to which the Q&A tool will send the Q&A feed files. The files are in the JSON format.
The CSV import tab enables the administrator to set an FTP/SFTP directory to which the Q&A tool will import the sales data files.
Please note: the import via FTP/SFTP feature must not be used if product review collection is already in place with Verified Reviews.
This import happens every night. The tool will only target sales data files in the CSV format. If it manages to process the entire file without encountering any errors, it will move the file from the remote directory to the “success” folder.
If an error does occur, the module will move the sales data file to the “error” folder with an explanatory file (readme file) and inform the administrator by email.
Unlike the export tab, the import tab includes a data mapping section.
In this section, it is possible to download our sample file. This file shows the list of headers that are expected, along with an example of field values.
The main section allows the administrator to decide which column to map to which data.
