The Q&A module can be integrated into your product pages using different methods depending on your settings.
To integrate your Q&A module, follow the instructions below:
- From the left-hand menu of your Verified Reviews account, click on
Questions & Answers.
- Then click on
Integration in the left-hand menu of the page that opens.
- On this page, you will find 3 integration methods.
Iframe integration
This integration method is the easiest to implement: it requires very little technical knowledge and can be set up very quickly!
Simply add the Iframe tag provided on the Integration page wherever you want on your product page.
With this type of integration, you have no flexibility to customize the iframe code. Any modifications must be carried out by our teams. In addition, this integration has no impact on SEO or your product pages’ search engine ranking.

API integration
This integration method is more technical, but it gives you almost complete control over the integration of your Q&A module and has a real impact on your product pages’ SEO and search engine ranking.
You are responsible for:
- Integrating the data feed
- Forms
- API calls
From the Integration page, simply click on API Integration to access our technical documentation for each element: feed URL, ask a question, submit a public answer, report a question/answer, vote for a question/answer.
The only form that must be integrated into your pages is the question submission form. Community response and discussion forms are managed by our team, but they can still be customized via the customization page.

Hybrid integration
This method is fairly technical and combines a JSON feed with iframe forms, offering both SEO impact and partial control over the integration.
You must therefore integrate the data feed into your product pages and call the forms created by our teams using iframe tags.
You therefore control the following elements:
- The display of the data feed
- The choice of forms to display (for example, only the question submission form)

Two additional integration methods are also available:
Integration via the product widget
The Q&A module can also be integrated directly through the product widget.
It is important to note that, just like the product widget, the Q&A module will not be displayed on the product page until at least one review has been collected for that product.
Integration via Prestashop or Magento
If you use the Prestashop or Magento CMSs, you can also integrate the Q&A module directly through these connectors.
To do this, go to the left-hand menu Collect Reviews in your Verified Reviews account.
For each of these integration methods, the system retrieves your new products and users every night from the Verified Reviews database and automatically integrates them into the Q&A tool.
