The different integration methods

This page outlines the different ways of adding the Q&A tool to your product page.

Four integration methods are currently available:

  • Full iFrame integration: this method has no impact on your SEO and ranking. You simply add the iFrame tag created by the Q&A team to your product pages. With this option you have zero flexibility during the integration; all changes must go through the Q&A team.
  • Integration via a JSON feed and forms in iFrame: this method gives you some impact on SEO and ranking, plus partial control over the integration. You integrate the data feeds into your product pages and use iFrame tags to call the forms created by the Q&A team.

With this method you control:

- The data feed display

- The choice of which forms to call. For example, you can choose to call only the question submission form.

  • Integration via API: this method gives you almost total control of your integration.

You must manage:

- The data feed integration

- The forms

- The API calls

The only front-office form that is mandatory is the question submission form. The discussion and community-answer forms are created by the Q&A team. They can, however, be customized via the customization interface in the back office.

  • Prestashop or Magento module: integration is via the Orders tab in your Verified Reviews back office
