You can check and update your payment method directly from your account.
Follow these instructions:
- From the left side menu, go to the
Account Management tab
- Click on Billing
- You will then have access to your current Payment Method
- You will also be able to edit on Stripe:
Please allow approximately 24 hours for your payment method update to be processed.
If the Stripe button is not available, or if you wish to pay for your subscription using another method, please contact us via the contact icon by selecting Invoice and Payments.
