Your Q&A module has a statistics page that allows you to track the performance of your customers' questions and answers.
Access to this page is restricted to administrator profiles.
To access your Q&A statistics:
- From the left-hand menu of your Avis Vérifiés account, click
Questions & Answers.
- Then click
Statistics in the left-hand menu of the page that opens.
Filters
At the top of the page, select the period for which you want to view the data.
Metrics
Then click on the metrics of your choice:
Questions/Answers
On the left side of the page, check the evolution of the volume of questions and answers collected by the Q&A module for the period you selected in the filters.
This allows you to track user engagement and measure Q&A module activity over time.
On the right, you will find a pie chart showing the status of your questions and answers: pending approval, published, answers under moderation, rejected (for the selected period).
Provides a clear view of moderation and content publication progress, allowing you to quickly identify issues to address.
Emails
Here you can check the status of automated emails sent by the module during the selected period:
- read emails,
- unread emails,
- as well as those to which customers responded when you asked them to answer a question.
Allows you to measure the effectiveness of your solicitation emails, identify underperforming messages, and track customer engagement.
Answer Types
- Moderator: percentage and number of answers provided by your team.
- Community: percentage and number of answers provided by previous buyers you asked to respond.
- Public: percentage and number of answers provided by site visitors via the Reply button.
- Published: percentage and number of published answers.
- Under moderation: percentage and number of answers pending processing in your account.
- Rejected: percentage and number of answers rejected by your team.
Allows you to see who contributes most to answering questions, helping optimize workload distribution and encourage community participation.
Products
Here you can check the top and bottom products benefiting from the Q&A module: those receiving the most questions and those receiving the least.
Helps identify products generating the most interest or questions, allowing you to adapt your communication, support, and sales actions.
Moderators
On this page, check the number of moderated questions and answers provided by your Q&A account moderators.
Helps monitor moderator workload and team efficiency in managing questions and answers.
General Statistics
At the bottom of the page, find the overall statistics for your Questions/Answers module:
- Number of published questions.
- Number of published answers.
- Number of customers surveyed: when you solicit the buyer community.
- Average customers surveyed per question: when you solicit the buyer community.
- Number of published questions without answers.
- Published related answers:
- Percentage of questions with an answer.
- Answer rate.
- Response rate.
