Use filters to moderate your questions and answers

To make it easier to moderate your questions and answers and save time, we recommend using the filters available on the platform.

  1. From the left-hand menu of your Verified Reviews account, click on   Questions & Answers.
  2. Then click on   List of questions in the left-hand menu of the page that opens.
  3. Here you'll find all the questions and answers to moderate – displayed as cards. Answers are directly linked to their corresponding questions.
  4. Click on the Filters icon at the top left of the page.

We recommend using the following filters to efficiently moderate your questions and answers:

Pre-filters

First of all, it's essential to moderate the questions asked by consumers.

For this reason, pre-filters are available:

  • Questions requiring action
  • Published questions without an answer

These pre-filters correspond to two complex filters already configured to help you save time.

By default, the Questions requiring action pre-filter is automatically enabled when the page loads.

Questions

Filters related to Questions are located on the left side of the page.

You can then select the following elements:

  • Question status (published/moderation/rejected)
  • Date range of question submission
  • Product ID of the question
  • Product name
  • One of the personal details of the person who submitted the question (name, first name, email)
  • Question title or content

To begin with, we recommend focusing on questions whose status is Under moderation.

Answers

Filters related to Answers are located on the right side of the page.

You can then select the following elements:

  • Answer status (published/under moderation/rejected)
  • Date range of answer submission
  • Type of answer (community / public / moderator)
  • One of the personal details of the person who submitted the question (name, first name, email)

To begin with, we recommend focusing on questions whose status is Under moderation.

A pagination system is available on the page: you can define the number of items to display.

When a question no longer matches the filters, it disappears and another one appears at the end of the list.
