Check this box to send the password creation email to the user. If you uncheck it, you can send this email later through the interface. This option is useful if you want to create access but wait to communicate internally before sending the email.
If a user has lost their password, you can reset it using the Lock button in the Actions column. The user will then receive an email to create a new password.
