To facilitate the processing, consultation, and analysis of your reviews, we strongly encourage you to create tags!
A tag is a label (presented as a keyword), linked to a specific theme, that you can manually assign to your reviews.
Once tags are assigned to the reviews of your choice, you will be able to filter, analyze, and export them very easily! This allows you to group similar reviews or those associated with specific topics.
Example:
- The tag "logistics" can help dedicated teams quickly review feedback mentioning delivery.
- The tag "competitor" allows you to analyze reviews mentioning the competitive advantages of other products or services.
- The tag "quality" enables the product team to respond to consumers or review feedback related to product durability.
Setup
- From the left sidebar, click on
Review Management
- At the top right of the page, click on Settings, then Tags
- Scroll down to the section Assign Site Review Tags (Brand), or Assign Product Review Tags, and click on
- Add a tag
- Choose the tag name (example: "quality") as well as its identifier (example: "product team").
- Feel free to add one or more email addresses in the Real-time Notification section to be alerted when this tag is assigned to a review.
- Add a color if you wish!
- Click confirm to finalize the tag creation.
If you no longer want to be notified when a tag is added, click on the pencil icon next to the tag of your choice (Tag column), delete your email address, and click on Confirm.
Assigning a Tag to a Review
- From the left sidebar, click on
Review Management.
- Click on the brand or product review of your choice (feel free to use the
Search Bar on the right side of the page).
- Click on
- Add a tag just below the rating, and select the appropriate tag type.
Viewing Tagged Reviews
To facilitate review processing, consultation, and analysis, we encourage you to use the filters available on the left of the Review Management area.
Select the Tag filter of your choice to display only the reviews related to that topic.
Once the reviews are filtered, feel free to export them if necessary! To do so, check the selection box at the top of the page, then click Export

Performance Analysis
- From the left sidebar, click on
Review Management
- At the top right of the page, click on Settings, then Tags
- If tags have already been assigned by your teams, you will be able to view performance indicators providing insights into their usage:
Scheduling a Weekly Report
Tags allow you to set up a weekly report sent to the email address of your choice. This way, you can share carefully selected reviews with the relevant people and teams.
This report will be sent every Monday at 8 AM and will include information about the tags of your choice.
- From this same page, in the
Send a Weekly Report section, click on the
arrow on the far right of the page.
- Enter the email address of your choice, then select one or more tags.
- Don't forget to save!
