How to change the role of my users ?

There are multiple users on your Rating & Reviews account.

Each of these users has a specific role, allowing them access to particular features.

As an administrator, you have the ability to modify these roles.

Prerequisites 

You must have an administrator role to change the role of other users.

Procedure

> Click on the version that corresponds to your menu:

  1. Go to the Account Management/Users menu.
  2. Click on the user's line for whom you want to modify the role.
  3. In the box that will appear on the right side of your screen, go to the Associated Roles field.
  4. Select the role you want to assign to the user. If the ✔️ icon is visible, it means the role is selected (active).
  5. Don't forget to click on Save.

Go to the menu Account management/My users

The roles assigned to individual users are shown in the Role column:

To change the role of a user, click on the Edit button, in the Action column:

In the Associated role tab, select the role you want to assign to the user:

If you choose the "store" role, another box appears.

Enter the store to which the user should have access.

Step 5

Save your changes by clicking on the Confirm button.

What are the different user roles?

✨ New Version

  • Administrator: access to all account features
  • Moderator: limited access for handling reviews

🖥️  Historical Version

  • Administrator: access to all account features
  • Statistics: access to all available statistics and dashboards.
  • Product Manager, Product, Product Review: access to all features related to the product, reviews, and KPIs.
  • Accounting: access to billing, payment, and banking information.
  • IT: access to all configuration pages (FTP, API, configuration, module...)
  • Moderation, Reviews, Site Reviews: access to all features related to review management.
  • Service Provider: access for individuals not part of your company but working for you as a service provider (e.g., web agency).
  • Store: access for the store manager, if applicable.
