You have the option, independently, to modify the logo that appears in the email and review request form sent to your consumers.
If you are among the first users to have access to email personalization, we invite you to visit this article to modify your logo.
If you do not yet have this feature, please follow the instructions below:
Prerequisites:
- Have an Administrator role
Procedure
- Go to the left side menu
Account Management, then My Account.
- In the Information section, upload your logo.
- Click on Save to update your changes.
As a reminder, the optimal size is 200x132 pixels, and the file should not exceed 400KB.
