How do I activate the monthly report to be received by email?

You have the option to receive monthly reports via email, containing key performance indicators for review collection: monthly reports

Here is the list of KPIs you will find in this report:

  • Average rating
  • Average rating change
  • Number of reviews submitted
  • Change in the number of reviews submitted
  • Number of opened review request emails
  • Change in the number of opened review request emails
  • Number of review requests sent
  • Number of visits to the certificate, if you have the old version of our certificate
  • Percentage of visits to the certificate, if you have the old version of our certificate

Prerequisites 

  • Have an administrator role to activate this feature
  • Be an offline account, meaning collecting reviews for one or more establishments.
  • Collect reviews for 2 months (The first collected review must be at least 2 months old)
  • Have more than 60 collected reviews

Procedure

Step 1 

Go to the menu Account Management/My Account

 

Step 2

At the bottom of the page, click on Modify Contact Configuration

 

Step 3

Select the email address of the concerned user and activate the Regular Report option, in the Other tab.

Step 4

Click on Update to save the changes.

 

IMPORTANT

For the administrator account, the report is sent to the email configured in the menu Account Management/My Account/ Email Newsletter.
