Did you send a response to a consumer and want to make changes?
Our system does not allow for the deletion of responses.
However, you do have the option to edit a response by clicking the Edit button located to the right of the respective response.
Information
👉 If the Edit button is not displayed, that means your client has already seen your answer. Therefor, you are not allowed to modify it.
👉 As a reminder, rappel, in response to reviews, exchanges are required. You cannot provide two consecutive responses if the customer hasn't replied in the meantime: [Your response ⇾ Customer's response ⇾ Your response ⇾ Customer's response...]
