Procedure
On Gmail
Step 1
Ask your client to forward you the review request email they received late.
Step 2
Once you have received the email from your client, click on the three dots
Step 3
Click on "Show original"
Step 4
Copy all the text from the header into a text file
Step 5
Send us the text file.
On Outlook
Step 1
