My module is disconnected : PrestaShop, Magento 1 et 2, WooCommerce

This article details the checks you can perform to attempt to restore the connection to the module.

Prerequisites

You are using one of the following modules for the automatic retrieval of your orders on your Skeeper - Rating & Reviews account:

  • PrestaShop
  • Magento 1
  • Magento 2
  • WooCommerce

You notice that your module is no longer connected

Several reasons may be causing this behavior:

  • Modification of the security level of your server
  • Activation of internet traffic filtering tools, such as Cloudflare, etc.
  • Security updates on your server.
  • Your module is not up to date

This procedure concerns only the PrestaShop, Magento 1 and 2, and WooCommerce modules.

Procedure

Step 1

Check that you are using the latest version of our module. To do this, go to the menu Collect Reviews/E-commerce Module.

If you have made customizations to your module, it is imperative to perform a backup before the update to avoid data loss.

If your module is up to date, contact the technicians responsible for your server to follow the next steps. As your server is the heart of your e-commerce, it should only be configured by specialists in this field.

Step 2

Allow Ratings & Reviews' IPs (in your server and your traffic filtering tool, if applicable)

  • 34.251.16.171
  • 34.249.50.16
  • 77.157.173.252
  • 52.214.31.102
  • 34.252.230.124
  • 52.213.8.144
  • 109.2.8.15
  • 178.33.224.173
  • 34.251.217.121
  • 34.248.201.13
  • 34.240.183.102

Step 3

Allow your API URL (in your server and your traffic filtering tool, if applicable).

How to find my API URL?

The API URL consists of the production URL of your site plus the connection elements. Here are the different cases depending on your e-commerce.

E-commerce API URL
Prestashop https://url_site/modules/netreviews/netreviewsApi.php
Woocommerce https://url_site/?netreviews-plugin=api
Magento 1 https://url_site/index.php/AvisVerifies/dialog/
Magento 2 https://url_site/rest/V1/nravis/management

Example

When authorizing your API URL, prefer the format www.yourdomain.com over yourdomain.com (even if your domain is accessible via yourdomain.com).

Step 4

Go to the page Collect Reviews > Configure my module

Click on the Test communication button

Step 5

If the connection is still unsuccessful, check the logs of your server and your module; traces of possible errors can help you better identify the origin of this behavior.

  • Once the connection is restored, order retrieval is retroactive for the last 3 months.
  • Pay special attention to the user agent. By default, we use Opera/9.23 (Windows NT 5.1 ; U ; en)
  • Your server must allow the use of this User Agent

If the issue persists, contact our support so that we can provide you with the "CURL request" that will allow your technicians to further analyze the blockage.

These steps should normally help you identify the origin of the problem and thus restore the connection to your module. If not, contact our support again.
