You can enable notifications to stay informed about your Verified Reviews account activity.
There are several types of notifications:
- Notifications related to reviews: get informed about receiving a new positive or negative review, a review being moderated, a new customer response...
- Notifications related to billing: get informed about new invoices and/or payment statuses
- Notifications related to alerts: get informed when no orders or reviews have been retrieved for X days (if you have the historical version of Verified Reviews). These alert notifications are important as they help identify potential technical issues on your account.
Procedure

Go to the left-hand menu
Account Management, then Notifications
- Click the blue button: Add a contact to notify. Or click on an existing email address in the list.
- Enable the notifications of your choice
- Using the small toggle, turn notifications on or off as desired, then click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
The concept of a site review refers to brand reviews.
Brand reviews focus on the consumer’s overall experience with your company.
Product reviews focus solely on the consumer’s experience with the purchased product.

The notifications we recommend you activate are marked with this symbol:
Reviews
New positive site review | Receive an email when a new positive brand review is submitted. A positive review is one with a score above your moderation threshold. |
Receive an email when a new negative brand review is submitted. A negative review is one with a score below your moderation threshold, or contains one of the words to watch you have set. | |
New positive product review | Receive an email when a new positive product review is submitted. A positive review is one with a score above your moderation threshold. |

You can respond to customer reviews. If this notification is enabled, you will receive an email when the consumer replies to a brand review. The conversation should be a real exchange: neither party can reply twice in a row. |

Get notified 24 hours in advance when pending reviews are about to be automatically published. We recommend logging into your Verified Reviews account to review these and flag them if needed! |

New response to be validated | Only available if you have enabled the review response validation option. You’ll be notified when someone on your moderation team has drafted a reply and it is waiting for your approval. |
If you flagged a review to prevent it from being published, this notification informs you that your request was denied: the review will be published automatically. | |
Be notified when a consumer submits a new brand review following the rejection of the first one. Make sure it now complies with the regulations and can be published. | |

Alerts
Get alerted when no reviews have been collected during the period you've defined. This might indicate a malfunction in your collection system: we recommend logging in to check everything is working properly when you receive this notification. | |

Automatic review publishing
Receive a summary email X and X days before website review publication |
Enable this option to receive 1 or 2 summary emails listing the reviews before they are automatically published on your website. Choose one or two timeframes (in days) before the publication date: for example, "4" means you'll receive the summary 4 days before the review goes live. By default, an email is already sent 4 days before publication. |
