Thanks to your module, you have the ability to automatically retrieve orders from your Verified Reviews account.
You notice that orders no longer come up automatically. You've clicked on Test Communication from the Review Collection > Configure My Module menu, and the following error appears:
The following steps will re-establish the connection with your module and therefore restore automatic retrieval of your orders.
Step 1 - Check that the module is activated from your site's Back Office
PrestaShop: Go to the menu Customize > Module > Module Manager
Magento 1 : Go to the System > Magento Connect > Magento Connect Manager
Magento 2: Go to the Verified Reviews > Configuration via the site admin interface.
WooCommerce: Go to the Verified Reviews menu via the site's admin interface.
Step 2 - Check the Website ID
✨ New Platform
- From your Verified Reviews Back Office, go to the Account Management > My Connector menu. In the "Your Integration Codes" section, you will find the Website ID.
- Check that the Website ID entered in your site's Back Office matches the Website ID in your Verified Reviews Back Office. If it does not, please correct and update it.
🖥️ Historical Platform
- From your Verified Reviews Back Office, go to the Collecte des Avis/Configurer mon module menu. In the insert Your integration codes, you'll find the Website ID.
- Check that the Website ID entered on your site's Back Office matches the Website ID of your Avis Vérifiés Back Office. If it doesn't, please correct and update it.
Step 3 - Check the Secret Key
- From your Verified Reviews Back Office, go to the menu Collect Reviews > Configure my module. In the insert Your integration codes, you'll find the Secret Key.
- Check that the Secret Key entered on your site's Back Office matches the Secret Key on your Avis Vérifiés Back Office. If it doesn't, please correct and update it.
Step 4 - Test the connection to the module
- Go to your Verified Reviews Back Office and click on the Collection reviews
- Click on the Test Connection
