Our certification AFNOR guarantees all buyers the right to leave a review, even for purchases made in physical stores.
We give customers who have purchased products in-store the ability to submit their reviews directly via your attestation.
To do so, the consumer must go to your attestation page and click on the Submit my review button. They will then need to fill out the form and provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Procedure
- The consumer must go to your Certificate page

They must then click on Submit a review
- They must fill out the form that appears and provide their invoice or proof of purchase
- Once these elements have been verified by our teams, we will send a review request to your customer!
- This review will then go through the same moderation/review processing steps as all other reviews.
