How to exclude email extensions from notification requests?

If you're using one of our modules for the automatic retrieval of your orders, you have the option to exclude certain email extensions from the review request emails.

Requirements

Using one of our modules (PrestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce) for review collection.

Click on the version that corresponds to your menu:

Step 1

  • Go to the menu Collect Reviews > Configure my module

Step 2

  • Go to the section named "Define emails extensions where your emails will not be sent "

Step 3

  • Insert the domain(s) you wish to exclude from the sending of review requests..

Don't forget to separate them with a semicolon ;

Step 4

  • Click on "Send this configuration", to save the changes. 

 

How can you confirm that the review request have been blocked for these extensions ? 

  1. Go to the menu Collect reviews/Reporting review request.
  2. You will find the cross symbol in the 'Send' column. This indicates that sending emails to these email addresses is blocked.

Step 1

Log in to your Rating & Reviews account and go to the Collect Reviews > Configuration menu.

 

Step 2

  • Go to the section Collection with "Module's name"/Domain exclusion

Step 3

  • Insert the domain(s) you wish to exclude from the sending of review requests.
  • Click on Exclude

Step 4

  • Save the changes by clicking on the 'save' button at the top of the page.

 

How can you confirm that the review request have been blocked for these extensions ? 

  1. Go to the menu Collect reviews/Review Request Follow up.
  2. In the 'Status' column, the request will appear as 'blocked'.
