I've created an order status, but it's not visible in my module settings.

When you create a new custom order status on your e-commerce solution, it may not be available in your Verified Reviews Back Office.

To make this new order status available, please follow the procedure below:

 

Procedure:

Step 1:

Go to the [Collect reviews > Configure my module] section of your Verified Reviews Back Office.

 

Step 2:

Click on the "Recover configuration" button.

 

 

The new order status will be available in the order status list

 

 

Step 3:

Check the new status if you wish and save by clicking on the "Retrieve configuration" button:
