Track and monitor your review collection directly from your Verified Reviews account.
You will have access to the collection steps, as well as the status of review requests: email scheduled, sent, read but not answered, read and answered.
This reporting also allows you to identify any potential issues within your collection, as well as in the process of sending requests to your customers.

Tracking the Collection
- From the left-hand menu of your Verified Reviews account, click on
Collect Reviews, then
Reporting - Review Request.
- You will then access your tracking dashboard.
- At the top of the page, you will find the different available search filters:
Available Information
Column | Description |
---|---|
Order | Indicates the date of the consumer's order. |
Retrieval | Indicates the date the order was retrieved on your Verified Reviews account. (If you are using one of our modules, this depends on the configured order status for automatic retrieval) |
Scheduling | Shows the date the review request will be sent. |
Sending | Indicates whether the email was sent and on what date. |
Reading | Indicates whether the email was read and on what date. |
Opening | Indicates whether the form was viewed and on what date. |
Submission | Indicates whether a review was submitted and on what date. |
The Scheduling column indicates when the review request enters the server queue. There may be slight differences between the "Scheduling" column value and the final submission date/time, depending on server workload. If these requests take more than 24 hours, feel free to contact our Customer Care service.
Error Messages
Email sent but: email not read, form not opened, review not submitted.
Email capped: sending blocked by Verified Reviews because a transaction with the same order reference has already been received, or because a capping setting is enabled on your account to prevent over-soliciting your consumers. In both cases, the email was not sent.
Email blocked : reception issue (full inbox, consumer requested not to be contacted by Verified Reviews).

You will then find: the order reference, the date of experience, the details of the customer (first name, last name, email), as well as the products associated with the review request (in the case of a product review collection).
