Review Balancing is a premium feature designed to improve and balance your e-reputation across different review platforms.
You have two options:
- Review Balancing - Share: Once the review is submitted, the consumer will automatically be redirected to your Google page. You can also manually invite them when they click the share icon on the thank-you page. This allows the customer to decide whether or not to share their review on Google. The customer’s consent is essential for this option to function properly, ensuring ethical and legal compliance in review management.
- Review Balancing - Email: This option requires more advanced development! It allows you to distribute all your reviews (according to a threshold you set) either directly to Verified Reviews or to an external source (for example, 50% to Google and 50% to Verified Reviews). The customer doesn’t need to make a choice; the email is automatically directed according to the source (white label). This version allows you to quickly adjust a rating from an external source (e.g., Google or Trustpilot).
Both options require internal setup by our teams.
This approach provides a more accurate and balanced representation of customer experience by encouraging satisfied customers to share their opinions, offering a complete and nuanced picture of customer satisfaction.
We recommend doing Review Balancing on all of your clients, and not only sending review submission links to clients identified as satisfied, as this may be considered Review Gating.

As explained above, this option must be activated upon your request by our teams.
The customer will have the choice to:
- Be redirected after 30 seconds on the thank-you page to your Google, Trustpilot, or other page, to validate and share their review on those platforms.
- Use a share icon at the bottom of the thank-you page. They will need to click on it, then copy and paste their review onto the platform of your choice. Example below:
Tracking Review Balancing - Share Requests
- Go to
Statistics from the left sidebar menu.
- Click on the dashboard of your choice:
Share Trustpilot, Google, etc.
- You will then access the number of invitations sent, as well as the number of clicks on your review invitation.
It is possible to know who clicked on your request; however, it is not possible to obtain figures from third-party platforms to know how many reviews were posted on those same platforms.
As with Review Balancing - Share, this option must be activated upon your request by our teams. As stated above, this advanced option allows you to automatically distribute your reviews: for example, 50% to Google and 50% to Verified Reviews, without any action required from the customer.
Depending on the threshold you set, the email will be automatically directed according to the source (white label).
The customer must have a Gmail address to leave a review on Google.
Tracking Review Balancing - Email Requests
- Click on
Collect Reviews, then Review Requests Follow-up:
- You will then access a Platform filter.
- You can then select one or multiple platforms and consult the tracking of requests. By default, all options are selected:
Example from Trustpilot
It is possible to know if a customer opened the review request email. However, it is not possible to know if the review was actually posted on the third-party platform.
Feel free to contact our team or your CSM to subscribe to one of these options!
